Morning Pyramid session

1 mile out, 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 minute efforts, 1 mile back.


Pyramids are a great form of speed work. They are great because you have a 'mini' challenge every effort and a focus; the peak of the pyramid. Somehow it seems so much easier as you head back down the slope to the final minute. Add in a steady mile before and after and voila a nice focused session despite the rain.
